Job Description

To work closely alongside the Brand Insights Manager to further support the wider Williams Commercial & Marketing department through with brand + fan insights. As part of the Commercial team, the role will provide key insight to aid partner identification and retention, and also work cross-functionally with the wider Marketing function including Brand, Content, Merchandising & Licensing, and Communications.

Main Duties:

Consumer/Fan Insights

Become a key point of contact with Commercial and Marketing teams for consumer and fan insights, leveraging audience tools including Global Web Index (GWI), F1 Fan Voice, Nielsen & Sprout Social.

Analyse and maintain an up to date understanding of the Formula 1 and Williams fanbase across all major touchpoints and wider consumer trends and behaviours.

Using tools and other market intelligence, work with Commercial teams to align insights to prospective partners as part of the partner identification and development process.

Contribute to internal reporting on the latest key trends and findings to the Williams Commercial & Marketing Group and Senior Leadership such as leading post Grand Prix coverage reports.

As part of the team’s Business Intelligence, assist in the creation + maintenance of dashboards and data visualisations to track Marketing OKRs and business performance.

Brand Tracking & Fan Research

Support with on going brand + fan tracking of Williams and the F1 landscape.

Work with the Partner Management team to support the delivery of regular and ad-hoc insight reports for existing partners.

Deliver key insights and trends as part of bi-annual reporting and as required though ad-hoc requests.

Support with the measurement of partnership impact through syndicated and bespoke Brand and Partnership Tracking studies for each of the team’s Major Partnerships the demonstrate the impact of their partnership with the team in line with their existing brand management frameworks and partnership objectives.

Use the outputs of these studies and other materials collected from the Partner Management team to support the development of partnership and activation case studies for use in future sales material.

Opportunity at a Glance

The Senior Manager, Growth and Insights will partner with the University's enrollment, advising, campus operations, clinical operations, academic and product management teams – as well as Adtalem's centralized customer excellence, marketing, workforce solutions teams to; 1) analyze data and develop data-driven insights that can drive short and long-term strategies for growth, 2) develop proposals and support high impact, cross-functional growth projects directly related to Chamberlain’s ongoing business and transformation and 3) conduct analysis to monitor and assess Chamberlain KPIs and project/initiative performance.

In this role, the Senior Manager will be key in supporting the University, its executive team, and functional leaders in advancing student outcomes, growing the institution and winning market share. The Senior Manager will partner with the team to develop data-driven and actionable insights to help drive revenue, enrollment growth, market share, persistence, and gross margin improvements. In addition, the Senior Manager will track and drive common insights from leading indicators from cross-functional departments - such as lead mix and volume, website performance, admissions conversion rates, cohort retention rates, persistence rates, student satisfaction, and program profitability among others.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80,336.75 and $145,077.09. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
4+ years overall experience required
4+ years of experience and a demonstrated track record of successfully contributing to growth businesses with tremendous drive, intellect, and emotional intelligence;

- Private equity portfolio operations with a focus on growth and/or higher education

Job Description

The Senior Manager, Consumer Insights will plan and execute market research projects and act as a strategic business partner to those within the Adtalem Global Education institutions. This position brings the voice of the prospect to the organization in order to assist in building marketing initiatives that create positive brand perceptions, boost consideration of our brands, and drive enrollment in our institutions.

Provides guidance to internal and external business partners across the enterprise based on research findings and a solid understanding of the consumer and the business. Serves as a consumer advocate within the organization, ensuring consumer perspectives are considered in decision-making processes. Topics include but are not limited to: brand health & equity, positioning, consumer decision journeys, advertising and messaging/communications.
Acts as primary Consumer Insights contact for institution(s), developing and executing research plans and projects.

Manages multiple projects and priorities independently. Ensures research projects are delivered on time, with accuracy, and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor- or Master-level degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline such as Psychology, Sociology, or Economics.
Ten (10) years in consumer marketing research or related areas, with direct experience in the design and analysis of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research projects. Client-side Consumer Insights experience required. Supplier-side experience is a bonus.
Proven experience in designing and executing research studies that positively impact the business with full ownership of research projects from start to finish.
Adept at study design, questionnaire development, sample design, tab planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and best practices. Knowledge of industry conventions in data collection and tabulation including sampling, crosstab analysis, skip patterns, etc.. Working knowledge of applied statistical methods.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80,336.00 and $140,851.00. POSITION SUMMARY
\nReporting to the Senior Director of Development, the Senior Manager, Donor Services & Insights plays a critical role on the development team at Feeding San Diego. This position oversees donor services, including Salesforce administration and configuration, annual fund initiatives, gift entry and finance reconciliation, acknowledgments and stewardship, development reporting, portfolio management, and prospect research.

Position Summary:

As a Senior Manager, Commercial Insights & Effectiveness (Patient Services & Specialty Distribution), you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence and performance insights across Acadia’s patient services and specialty distribution network. Team Deployment and Analytics:

As the Senior Manager, Global Market Insights you will be responsible for leading the execution of global market research plan for the business. The Senior Manager will design research, implement field work and derive actionable information and insight into customer needs that result in ADC competitive advantages. As the Senior Manager, Category & Brand Partnerships, you will be the go-to subject matter expert for GrabMart's brand partnership strategy. Your core mission is to develop scalable commercial solutions and an integrated partnership model that empowers our frontline sales and account teams. While you will engage with brands to gather insights and steer strategy, this role is a strategic enabler that bridges commercial vision, product innovation, and executional excellence. You will report to the Head of Retail and play a foundational role in shaping business capability for Grab.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Develop the Commercial Strategy: Design and execute the regional strategy for brand partnerships, establishing yourself as the internal subject matter expert on FMCG brand activation.
Enable FMCG Partnerships: Act as the strategic lead for our FMCG partners, working closely with internal sales and account management teams to drive commercial discussions and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
Define Product Requirements: Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to define the business requirements for our marketing toolkit, including self-serve platforms, reporting dashboards, and advanced advertising solutions.
Enable Campaign Success: Oversee the internal strategy for the planning, execution, and performance tracking of brand-funded campaigns, ensuring we deliver value and meet partner objectives.
Drive Commercial Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance and overall impact of our brand partnership initiatives to leadership.
Provide Market Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of trends in retail media, digital advertising, and FMCG marketing, acting as the go-to expert for the organization.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Minimum 8 years of experience in retailers, retail media, trade marketing, digital advertising, or brand management, ideally with deep exposure to or within the FMCG sector.
A proven track record of developing and executing successful media sales or brand partnership strategies that drive revenue.
Experience on empowering sales teams and managing relationships with major brands and advertising agencies.
Experience working with product management and technical teams to define requirements for advertising or marketing technology platforms.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
A deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, targeted advertising, and performance metrics.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director for Calvin Klein this position will be responsible for Brand Activation of the Calvin Klein brand in Japan with the aim to drive brand elevation and commercial growth. Leading local Brand Marketing strategy implementation and campaign planning to deliver best-in-class brand experience, this role is instrumental in further igniting brand desire and boosting Calvin Klein brand awareness in the market. As Senior Manager Brand Activation you will lead a team of 3 direct reports, owning the brand’s strategic positioning and working with various stakeholders across both the Regional and Global HQ to deliver holistic marketing campaigns that ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Campaign Strategy

Strategize the positioning (Who/What) of global/local campaigns and activations to ensure local relevancy that resonates with consumers with a clear focus on new consumer acquisition, brand elevation and driving brand desire
Lead the development process of Integrated Marketing Communications (How) for key initiatives from target setting, briefing, plan development, executions to performance reviews
Master the insights for Calvin Klein’s target consumers ranging from Early Adaptors in the cities, Late Majority in suburban areas to potential consumers at relevant age groups and affinities

Marketing Calendar

Lead development of annual marketing program and national calendar capturing the key brand and commercial moments in line with commercial calendar
Support key stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless and timely execution of campaigns

Content Strategy

Build the contents strategy optimized by touchpoint that conveys our messages and benefit crystal clearly for consumers via leveraging the Global/Regional toolkits & assets available
Lead local content creation in partnership with Global/Regional partners when there is a strategic need for bridging the gap between the global assets and local consumer’s insights

Digital Marketing Full Funnel Planning and Execution

Develop and deliver the short- and long-term digital marketing strategies in alignment with the global and local marketing vision.
Plan how we strategically build up our owned and earned Digital capabilities alongside optimizing paid initiatives
Develop action plans for each marketing funnel, set up and run those plans, analyze results so we can keep improving our performance.
Drive efficient budget allocation of digital marketing investments in conjunction with Ecommerce Team to achieve both top funnel awareness targets and connect to lower funnel conversion.
Manage and evaluate the performance of digital agencies
Lead on Campaign reporting to continuously improve performance going forward

Omni Channel Marketing

Lead development of annual omni-channel marketing program and Japan commercial calendar to ensure we align brand and commercial objectives against shopper insights and key brand/commercial moments, integrating all consumer touchpoints
Work with Retail and Wholesale teams to help identify needs for marketing support on individual stores as well as help develop in-store navigation plans that convert shoppers into purchasers through an optimal point-of-sale approach aimed at improving conversion

Flagship Activation

Strategize our Flagship Store as the brand’s utmost destination that creates noise, commercial impact and serves as the house of our community.
Working with the Flagship Retail team to turn it into a destination that will generate brand heat which turns into momentum throughout the year, all while driving halo effects to the rest of our doors and .com
Build and execute activation plans together with the Flagship and Community team and agency that drive visibility and excitement and resonate with our consumers.

Budget planning, allocation and tracking

Manage annual Brand Marketing budget, Sample Budget and License Partner Budget against agreed ROI together with Marketing Director
Working with finance team on a monthly basis and ensure timely readjustment and reporting

Experience:

Above 8 Years of relevant experience in the fashion/lifestyle retail industry. At least 2 years of people Management experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports

Own strong business acumen with a sense of urgency and a bias for action
Strategic thinker, detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and a self-starter
Depth of knowledge on Consumer Marketing, Brand Marketing and Campaign Planning. Peripheral understanding of Digital Marketing, Retail and Omni-channel landscape to help facilitate direction across functional departments and within the direct reports area of action
Strong oral and written communication skills; experience crafting strategic recommendations and persuasive presentations to leadership
Able to manage a variety of viewpoints, expectations, and stakeholder goals that may conflict, to a compromised solution
Have a positive aura with high energy and passion for growth
Comfortable with change and the ambiguity it brings along
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
Exceptional aesthetic sense that can be applied to the creative work

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $123,200 and $165,00 per Year.
