Key Responsibilities

Manage and arrange daily schedules for management and visitors.
Organize and coordinate meetings and conference calls with internal departments and external parties.
Handle day-to-day routine tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with additional tasks and special assignments as directed by management.
Provide administrative and clerical support to team members within the department.
Coordinate expense claims, reimbursement processes, and manage office equipment and supplies.
Act as the primary point of contact for the department, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
