Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – SFDC QA Tester

We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer with expertise in test automation, API testing, BDD data quality assurance to join our agile team.

Responsibilities

· Proven experience in Automation Testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver

· Proficient in Java, with hands-on scripting and debugging capability

· Familiarity with build and integration tools such as Maven and Jenkins

· Strong background in Manual Testing, with detailed test scenario creation and execution

· Good to have experience testing Salesforce applications – including UI, API, and workflow validations

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

§ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

§ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

§ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

§ Prior experience in a consulting role or client-facing environment is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

§ Experience with Salesforce testing and Agile methodologies

§ Knowledge of Salesforce platform and related technologies

§ Strong understanding of software testing principles and testing methodologies

§ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

§ Strong written and verbal communications skills

§ Prior Compass experience will be preferred

§ Ability to work independently
