Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
• Arrive to work on time, consistently.
• Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
• Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
• Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
• Check overall presentation of dining room, to include music level, tables and chairs, floor.
• Greet and seat all members and guests, with a smile and using their names.
• When seating guests and members, pull chairs out for ladies and place a menu in front of each.
• Distribute “covers” evenly among servers.
• Periodically check dining room entrance and clean as necessary, to include ashtrays and trash on floor.
• Assist servers as much as possible, without leaving the door unattended for any length of time.
• Perform any other jobs that will assist in quality member and guest service as assigned by Dining Room Manager and/or Director of Food Services.
