As a Senior Strategy and Planning Advisor within PNC's Data and Automation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

As a Senior Strategy and Planning Advisor, you will support continued evolution of the Data Management Program as a part of the Data and Automation Organization. In addition to supporting day to day program administration and coordination activities, when necessary, this position will be responsible for leading efforts to address risk data aggregation and reporting capabilities within the program. This would include identification of policy, procedure, control considerations for implementation, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and evolving the program through implementation.

Due to the nature of this position, we are seeking candidates who have exposure and an understanding of regulatory and risk management principles with extensive experience in navigating complex operational environments, which will coordinate across varying stakeholder groups. Additionally, preferred candidates will have experience with data and reporting processes, as well as experience working with complex projects and implementations.

Job Description

Drives specific strategic planning initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support for solution development.
Provides advanced expertise to create the definition, understanding and framing of complex business initiatives.
Leads advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for more complex strategic initiatives. Ensures quality and accuracy of data elements relative to the initiatives. Mentors and educates team members regarding advanced planning practices.
Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Develops structured and compelling presentations to highlight key findings and makes recommendations to key decision makers within the company.
Collaborates with the line of business to implement recommended strategic solutions.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $190,900.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
