Job Summary

The Junior Administrative Officer manages employee onboarding/offboarding, record maintenance, and organizational updates. Responsibilities include processing attendance, reimbursements, leaves, and business trips, verifying social insurance, reviewing administrative expenses, and assisting in workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with company procedures, including document archiving, and system access provisioning and deactivation.
Maintain and update employee records, and adjust organizational structure information as needed.
Handle employee attendance, reimbursement requests, and social insurance verification based on departmental requirements.
Review administrative expenses for business departments, compile reports, and submit them to finance for payment processing.
Process employee business trip and leave requests in a timely manner.
Optimize existing workflows to align with business development and operational needs.
Generate monthly data reports and perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Associate degree or higher, with at least 1 year of administrative or related work experience.
Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, sense of responsibility, fast learning ability, attention to detail, and high efficiency.
Proficient in Excel and common functions; logical, agile thinker with strong analytical skills.
