Experienced in working alongside several hundred partners (marketplaces, department stores, depot-sales, personal shoppers, etc.), The Brand Collector is expanding its network day by day with a simple goal: to become the world leader in the distribution of second-hand luxury goods between professionals.

The Brand Collector is aware of environmental issues and the impact of current consumption patterns, and aims to offer a more responsible and accessible alternative to the coveted world of luxury.

Vos Missions

In collaboration with your manager, your missions will be as follows:

Qualify inbound leads and prospect new accounts (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, etc.).
Identify prospects’ needs, present tailored solutions, and book meetings for the sales team.
Oversee end-to-end sales administration (quotes, invoicing, logistics)
Handle daily customer relations (order follow-up, specific needs, customer care).
Create commercial offers aligned with seasonal events (Valentine’s Day, Sales periods, etc.).
Find solutions that meet customer expectations while aligning with the company’s objectives.
Maintain HubSpot CRM with all lead, opportunity, order, and meeting data.
Participate in weekly reporting with the sales team.
Support continuous improvement of sales processes and share best practices.

By working in the US Market, you will have staggered working hours from 11AM - 7PM .
