The Role:

Maxon is looking for a highly analytical conversion rate optimisation specialist to lead its global website optimization efforts and drive business growth. This role combines commercial mindset, strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to drive Maxon's growth globally.

You're driven to experiment and measure success through A/B testing, while keeping customer's needs at heart. Your strong problem-solving skills help you balance multiple stakeholders' needs, and you take pride in seeing your optimization efforts directly impact growth in subscribers worldwide.

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (CRO), you will:

Set-up necessary tools to harvest data along the website sales funnel
Develop and implement cohesive user journeys while respecting local nuances (legislative, etc)
Drive optimization strategies across landing pages (by audience segment), products pages, checkout and marketing channels worldwide
Define the optimization roadmap based on business vision, budget targets and CRO best practice
Ideate on A/B test hypothesis and KPIs, and execute experiments to improve the conversion funnel performance
Document and report on test results, and recommend follow-up measures
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance and other marketing functions (copy writing, graphic design, etc) to facilitate a well-oiled CRO function
Continuously improve internal website funnel optimisation workflows and processes related to the roadmap and backlog
Stay abreast of industry best practices and standards, including emerging technologies, to identify opportunities for automation and scaling

Requirements:

4+ years in meaningfully driving growth in subscribers (web)
Obsession with customer and their experience
Track record of successfully executing and evaluating tests to optimize the online conversion funnel performance
Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Adobe Target or Optimizely), Content Management Systems (CMS) and web analytics tool (e.g. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
Experience working with a global and cross functional group of stakeholders and partners, strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent project management and prioritization abilities
Business fluency in English
Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JS
Basic understanding of UX, usability and design
Business fluency in one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or Japanese
Experience in using GenAI in CRO
