Job Description

We are seeking Full Time Day Office Cleaners to join our team in Independence, Ohio. As a valued member of our cleaning staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment for our client.

Perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean and maintain restroom facilities, ensuring they are well-stocked and hygienic
Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed
Dust and clean office furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Spot clean carpets and upholstery as required
Maintain supply inventory and report low stock to supervisors
Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals appropriately
Respond promptly to cleaning requests and emergencies during work hours
Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained
Report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards to management
Hours are: Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Starting Rate of pay $15.00hr.

Qualifications

Prior experience in commercial or office cleaning preferred
Proficiency in operating various cleaning equipment and tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality cleaning standards
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the workday
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills in English
Flexibility to adjust cleaning schedules as needed
Must be able to work in Independence, Ohio
Have reliable transportation
Clean Criminal Background
Ability to complete an onboarding assessment using a computer or Laptop
