A Week in the Life of an Account Manager: This is a dynamic, field-based role where you'll spend approximately 75% of your time directly engaging with our partners. A typical week might involve:
Tuesday-Thursday + half-day Monday or Friday as needed (24-28 hrs per week): Traveling within your designated territory, conducting in-person meetings with healthcare providers and their staff, leading educational sessions on Talkiatry's services, and fostering key relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact, building trust and ensuring seamless referral workflows.
Monday & Friday (12-16 hrs per week): Working remotely from your home office, you'll dedicate time to strategic territory planning, updating our CRM (HubSpot), collaborating virtually with internal teams (e.g., Clinical Operations, Marketing), and preparing for the following week's engagements.
Ongoing: You'll proactively manage partner needs, problem-solve challenges, and represent Talkiatry at relevant industry events to expand our network and brand presence.

Job Details

Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $50,000 - $57,000.00.

A relocation package may be considered.

Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.

Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0385 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 80 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

JOB SUMMARY

The Account Manager directly oversees one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and is responsible for account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.

Understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance.

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for promoting and selling oncology products within a designated territory, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director (RSD). Responsibilities

The Medical Director provides medical interpretation and determinations whether services provided by other healthcare professionals are in agreement with national guidelines, CMS requirements, Humana policies, clinical standards, and (in some cases) contracts. The ideal candidate supports and collaborates with other team members, other departments, Humana colleagues and the Regional VP Health Services. After completion of mentored training, daily work is performed with minimal direction. Enjoys working in a structured environment with expectations for consistency in thinking and authorship. Exercises independence in meeting departmental expectations, and meets compliance timelines. Supports the assigned work with respect to market-wide objectives (e.g. Bold Goal) and community relations as directed.

Required Qualifications

MD or DO degree
5+ years of direct clinical patient care experience post residency or fellowship, which preferably includes some experience in an inpatient environment and/or related to care of a Medicare type population (disabled or >65 years of age).
Current and ongoing Board Certification an approved ABMS Medical Specialty
A current and unrestricted license in at least one jurisdiction and willing to obtain additional license, if required.
No current sanction from Federal or State Governmental organizations, and able to pass credentialing requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Evidence of analytic and interpretation skills, with prior experience participating in teams focusing on quality management, utilization management, case management, discharge planning and/or home health or post-acute services such as inpatient rehabilitation.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the managed care industry including Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid and/or Commercial products, or other Medical management organizations, hospitals/ Integrated Delivery Systems, health insurance, other healthcare providers, clinical group practice management.
Utilization management experience in a medical management review organization, such as Medicare Advantage, managed Medicaid, or Commercial health insurance.
Experience with national guidelines such as MCG® or InterQual
Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Geriatrics, Hospitalist, Emergency Medicine clinical specialists
Advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, MPH
Exposure to Public Health, Population Health, analytics, and use of business metrics.
Experience working with Case managers or Care managers on complex case management, including familiarity with social determinants of health.

Additional Information

Typically reports to a Regional Vice President of Health Services, Lead, or Corporate Medical Director, depending on size of region or line of business. The Medical Director conducts Utilization Management of the care received by members in an assigned market, member population, or condition type. May also engage in grievance and appeals reviews. May participate on project teams or organizational committees.

Here are some responsibilities for the potential Maintenance Technician:

Completes all maintenance service requests including basic general repairs such as drywall, painting, carpentry, etc. as well as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and other appliances in a timely manner.
Occasionally working “on call” as needed and/or as scheduled, as well as a non-traditional schedule such as special events and weekends (on call).
Assists with turnkey operations with preparing vacant units rent-ready in a timely manner, performing various repairs, accurately posting status of work orders.
Assists with issues with plumbing systems which can include replacing faucets, toilets, and hot water tanks; fixing garbage disposals, dishwashers, water-dispensing refrigerators, and washing machines.

As the ideal candidate, your background includes:

Completion of high school/GED or specialized vocational training

Groups Recover Together was founded in 2014 to make treatment for opioid addiction respectful, accessible and affordable. We empower our members to regain control of their lives through a combination of community support, outpatient weekly group therapy and medication to manage withdrawal using buprenorphine and naltrexone.

What differentiates Groups is the belief that long-term recovery from opioids is tied to aspects of life that are beyond the reach of traditional medical care. We approach fighting addiction as a team sport and provide each member with a care team that works together to ensure our members receive comprehensive, coordinated care. Responsibilities

At Groups, the Admissions Counselor leads the treatment team, alongside providers, care navigators, and administrators. The Admissions Counselor is the expert on addiction and recovery, and coordinates decisions about the member’s treatment. Meanwhile, providers are asked to focus on what they do best: medication management. By putting seasoned, compassionate Admissions Counselors in the lead, and minimizing bureaucracy at every turn, we’re able to deliver care that is both more affordable and of higher quality than the status quo.

As an Admissions Counselor you will manage and further develop your clinical skill set and knowledge of Groups roles responsibilities as it relates to the clinical service model.

This is a remote position, however you must have a clinical license in Florida, and be willing to obtain reciprocity in North and South Carolina.

Qualifications

Criteria

Basic Purpose
The Client Services Representative (CSR) helps the clients assigned to their territory go through the elevator certificate renewal process by providing excellent customer service by informing clients on the next steps to be able to renew their certificate of operation with the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). They monitor their dashboard to ensure job completion in order to drive compliance for the accounts they manage in their area. They also assist the field staff and answer questions for elevator companies, when needed.
Scope
A CSR is the primary point of contact for the clients in an assigned territory. CSRs monitor their system dashboard to assist each client through the “next steps” in the certificate renewal process. CSRs review each system generated Proposals and Work Orders (WO) to verify all information is populated and accurate prior to being sent to the customer or Scheduler. CSRs also inform the client when additional services are required. CSRs log all calls and emails into the system, so peers can access supporting documents and reference information with the company’s database when needed.
Reporting and Working Relationships
CSRs report to the regional office manager for the area. CSRs primarily work with the territory’s scheduler, inspectors, and elevator companies.
Primary Responsibilities (100%)
• Reviewing dashboard lists to determine what jobs are coming due.
• Making and logging outgoing renewal and appointment confirmation calls and notes.
• Generating proposals, reminders, and changing them into work orders.
• Sending proposals, reminders, and appointment confirmation emails.

Primary Responsibilities
