OVERVIEW OF POSITION

This position must be based in the state of Colorado.

We are looking for talented, multi-skilled individuals who can fit into our fast-paced company culture. We are a passionate, collaborative team of farmer-focused individuals who wake up every day emulating the farmer ethos of honesty, integrity, commitment and hard work.

The individual assigned to this position will work with farmers and Community Builders in the network to help them procure critical crop inputs, such as crop protection products, seed and biostimulants. Territory Managers help recruit, train and manage territory Community Builders. This role supports a predetermined territory and market area and will recruit farmers to join the network in person and through electronic means. Territory Managers will also help farmers access FBN Direct – a revolutionary way for growers to purchase crop inputs that provides farmers with price transparency on hundreds of products and a way to source low-cost chemicals delivered straight to the farm. FBN Direct has saved thousands of dollars for hundreds of farmers through its offerings.

Finally, the FBN Territory Manager is critical to the commercialization process for new products and services being launched on a regular basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The FBN Territory Manager will be responsible for recruiting farmers and maintaining high grower satisfaction with FBN. They will also provide a seamless and highly differentiated crop input transaction experience while maintaining high grower sanctification with FBN from post-harvest conversations all the way to pre-season delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

Achieve chemical sales goals (gross profit, revenue, etc.).
Recruit, train and develop Community Builder’s to adequately cover the assigned territory.
Understand a grower’s crop input needs throughout the season and forecast based on the seed and chemical projected sales/product needs.
Develop a territory business plan to achieve objectives.
Work with each Community Builder to build a Revenue & Action Plan that defines the goals and sets expectations for the working relationship.
Lead product demonstrations and presentations to Community Builders and farmers.
Promote the collection of (chemical/seed invoices and tags) data from farmer to build a successful crop protection and seed plan customized to the farmer’s needs.
Use Salesforce to manage, prioritize, and document all interactions and sales processes with Community Builders and farmers.
Organize and manage sales events within the territory.
Document and report suggestions from Community Builders and farmers for process improvement.
Represent FBN at various farm industry trade shows/events.
Educate Community Builders and Farmers how to construct orders through FBN’s online platform.
Other duties as assigned.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

Very strong communication and interpersonal skills with a heightened sensitivity to the issues farmers face.
At least 5 years experience as a district, regional or territory manager selling products or services directly to farmers or through a dealer network.
Ability to adhere to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures.
Knowledge of agriculture inputs (e.g. crop protection, seed, animal health and livestock feed) products required
Strong domain experience and background in farming, production agriculture, retail or input sales.
Candidate must be comfortable with technology and ideally the latest precision Ag Systems; experience with Salesforce is nice to have but not required.
Background in Agronomy and/or territory management, including, but not limited to, the management and use of agronomic data.
Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills in addition to being highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, accountable team structure.
A farmer focus and a commitment to farmer satisfaction.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors or advanced degree
At least 5 years sales experience in agriculture managing and exceeding monthly and annual quotas selling directly to farmers.
Successful completion of safety training and DOT Hazmat certification course.
Multi-generational farm, farm hand or farm related background.
Cross-functional experience working across the enterprise.
Experience balancing execution, agility and culture at a fast growing business.

As an EMT you are an integral part of the primary care team during ambulance transports. You are responsible for providing direct patient care, medical transport, performing equipment checks and maintenance, as well as handling station upkeep and housekeeping duties, along with other related tasks as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duty is administering basic life support treatments within the EMT scope.
Safely operating and maintaining emergency vehicles in compliance with laws.
Delivering competent patient care in various settings.
Applying EMS procedures in practical situations.
Interacting professionally with healthcare personnel.
Documenting information accurately in our charting system.
Assisting fellow EMS providers and providing comprehensive reports.
Maintaining equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and restocking supplies.
Adhering to company and local agency policies and protocols.
Demonstrating a clean appearance and professional, ethical behavior.
May be required to administer first aid to injured coworkers when necessary.

Physical Demands:

Must be physically capable of operating various vehicles and equipment essential to the job duties of an EMS provider.
Requires frequent bending, sitting, kneeling, moving, and lifting patients and equipment weighing at least 125 pounds.
Ability to push and pull objects exceeding 50 pounds.
Must be able to drive/ ride in an ambulance for extended periods of time without issue.
Physical agility is essential to lift and move patients safely.
Physically strenuous and can be emotionally challenging.

Current CPR
Current position specific state certification or a NREMT specific certification with ability to obtain reciprocity is required prior to start date.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Recess - Create a safe, and fun playground by developing and modeling standard agreements for behavior and conflict resolution skills, teaching kids and recess support staff the rules and strategies of the games, and recruiting disengaged students to participate.
Junior Coach Leadership Program - Implement a youth leadership program by facilitating student trainings and providing student leadership opportunities at recess. Junior Coaches are a mix of 4th through 6th grade students who participate in regular trainings that focus on teaching valuable skills like leadership, conflict resolution, and community action, successfully improving their self-esteem, self advocacy, leadership ability, and desire to improve academically.
Class Game Time - Lead instructional time with individual classes throughout the year. During this time, the coach teaches foundational skills and activities that will prepare students so they can confidently engage in and enjoy recess.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain communication between Playworks staff, school staff, teachers, families, and volunteers.
Collect and maintain paperwork including organizing daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and timesheets.
Support the collection of evaluations administered by Playworks.

School Partnership Duties:

Consistently represent Playworks’ brand in a positive manner.

About the team and position

As a Logistics Lead, you will perform various inventory and operations related tasks at our Logistics Hubs & Inspection Centers.

What you’ll be doing

Assist in all Warehouse, Logistics & Transportation activities.

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint and Imagine team(s), the Operations Manager plays an essential role in fulfilling our mission to save lives and restore relationships. Position Overview:

This is a supervisory position in an Inspection Center overseeing a team carrying out daily operations within a Carvana Inspection Center.. The Reconditioning Manager oversees all aspects of the vehicle reconditioning process and directs at least five leads and up to 70 front line associates in a lean manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports and succession planning through appropriate coaching, leadership development and training, and performance management.
Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with those of the company.
Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Maintain supervisory staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Ensure progression path training and certification processes are consistently executed.
Train and mentor leads and associates by providing competency-based feedback.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety and loss prevention guidelines.
Provide vision and guidance to the reconditioning team in meeting performance metrics.

What the job requires:

To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.

5 years of management experience either in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Experience leading and developing associates.
Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
Ability to maintain high volume and high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

Role:

The Account Manager role is primarily responsible for the execution of all marketing and creative for assigned accounts. He or she is the client’s day-to-day contact and brand steward within the agency, and should drive and carry out the execution of projects flawlessly across the client’s business. About the role

We’re seeking a driven Account Manager to manage client and strategic partner relationships, drive account performance, and support business growth. This hybrid role blends client success, partnership development, marketing collaboration, and technical coordination within a fast-paced financial technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Partner Relationship Management

· Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners, managing day-to-day communications

· Nurture existing relationships through regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and events

· Monitor account and partner performance metrics; identify areas for optimization

· Address and resolve client/partner concerns proactively to ensure long-term success

· Maintain accurate records and touchpoints using CRM tools

Account Growth & Business Development

· Manage renewals, compliance requests (e.g., SOC2, insurance), and invoicing

· Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts

· Actively research, identify, and establish new lending partnerships to expand market presence

· Present compelling value propositions and negotiate mutually beneficial terms

Marketing & Product Enablement

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to boost partner and client performance

· Tailor marketing materials based on data insights and partner needs

· Introduce new products and enhancements to clients and partners, providing training and support

· Ensure stakeholders stay informed on platform capabilities and updates

Technical Coordination & Support

· Partner with implementation and tech teams to resolve service issues and guide clients through onboarding

· Conduct platform demonstrations and provide guidance on use cases and configurations

· Track and report on project progress, client KPIs, and performance benchmarks

Requirements

Required

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

· 5+ years of experience in client success, partnerships, or account management

· Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills

· Experience working with CRM platforms and SaaS tools

· Demonstrated success in driving revenue and managing strategic relationships

Preferred

· Experience in financial services or fintech

· Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks (BSA, AML, SOC2, etc.)

· Background in partnership marketing, sales enablement, or product training

As an Account Manager at Coinmerce Capital, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and enhancing relationships with high-net-worth individuals. RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify and engage new high-net-worth clients, converting them into long-term relationships, while maintaining and strengthening existing client bonds.
Network Development: Leverage your network to build new connections in the crypto and financial industries, expanding the client base.
Advisory & Strategy: Provide tailored investment solutions, offer informed advice on market trends, and introduce crypto investment opportunities to clients.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with investment and marketing teams to develop customized proposals and strategies.
Market Insights: Stay up to date with cryptocurrency trends and broader financial market developments to ensure relevant and timely advice.

WHAT YOU BRING

3-4+ years of experience in managing high-net-worth clients, preferably in private banking, wealth management, or investment products.
Financial Expertise: Strong background in financial markets and investment strategies, with a deep affinity for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance.
Networking & Business Development: Proven ability to build and expand client relationships and proactively seek new business opportunities.
Commercial & Results-Driven: Strong commercial acumen and a focus on achieving measurable results in business development.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex financial and crypto concepts clearly and persuasively to high-level clients.
Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Proactive & Independent: Self-driven with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, investments, or a related field.
