As a Cost Controller in Crew Travel, you’ll see airline operations from the very beginning — where processes are created, decisions are made, and every detail matters. You’ll help build a new way of working, balancing cost efficiency with the caring mindset that defines who we are.

How will it be to work with us?
Daily cost control for all Crew Trips, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Weekly and monthly KPI reporting to help the team track performance and make informed decisions.
Close coordination with Finance and Tax to manage invoices, accounting follow‑ups and tax matters related to Crew Travel.
Identifying improvement opportunities to optimize Crew Trips and reinforce the company’s cost‑focused mindset.
Working hand‑in‑hand with the department Coordinator to implement internal improvements and enhance collaboration with corporate suppliers.

What will make you succeed in this position:
We’re not looking for years of experience — we’re looking for someone curious, motivated, and ready to grow with us. If you enjoy learning fast and working in a supportive team, you’ll fit right in.
No previous experience needed — just the willingness to learn and develop.
Degree in Tourism, Business Administration (ADE), Accounting, or any administrative field.
Spanish and English are essential; Italian or French are a plus.
