Associate - Business Analyst

 DG Analyst focuses on partnering with onshore stakeholders to translate business and analytics needs into well-defined data solutions. The role involves understanding diverse data sources across asset classes, portfolios, and market trends; ensuring data quality through cleansing, validation, and reporting; and maintaining robust data documentation, metadata, and data dictionaries. The candidate supports data-driven decision-making by delivering insights, KPIs, and Power BI dashboards, while managing data issue triage and resolution. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience in analytics and governance, strong SQL/Python skills, familiarity with modern data platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
