About You
As Marketing Manager, you will own and elevate Optiml’s external voice across content, research, and industry presence. You will be responsible for translating Optiml’s technical, financial, and sustainability expertise into compelling narratives that position the company as the category leader in Real Estate Decision Intelligence.
You will operate in a hands-on, execution-driven capacity — leading flagship research reports, thought-leadership content, and high-impact campaigns, while owning the planning and delivery of executive-level events and industry activations. Your work will sit at the intersection of content excellence, research-led storytelling, and brand visibility, with a strong emphasis on credibility, clarity, and consistency.
You will report to the Global Marketing Director and work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Customer, and Leadership. Externally, you will collaborate with partners, industry bodies, and event organisations to extend Optiml’s reach across Europe, the US, and other key markets. Internally, you will operate across lean, cross-functional teams to ensure messaging, insights, and campaigns are tightly aligned to Optiml’s mission, market positioning, and growth priorities.

Tasks
Thought Leadership & Research Marketing
- Develop and deliver high-quality white papers, benchmarking studies, and data-led insights.
- Translate complex sustainability, real estate, and finance topics into accessible, high-impact narratives.
- Collaborate with internal experts, partners, and industry bodies to craft research-backed content.
- Produce executive-ready materials — from reports and editorial pieces to visual data summaries.
Campaigns & Content Strategy
- Build and own annual marketing calendars, editorial plans, and release schedules.
- Manage integrated content campaigns across digital, print, and event-driven channels.
- Turn analytics, modelling outputs, and market intelligence into engaging storytelling assets.
- Maintain brand consistency, tone of voice, and design excellence across all touchpoints.
- Demonstrates advanced presentation design skills, including building branded, visually engaging slide decks in PowerPoint and Canva, using animations, multimedia, templates and layouts to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Events & Industry Engagement
- Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events in partnership with major brands and industry organisations.
- Create keynote decks, event materials, and post-event campaign content.
- Oversee on-site delivery for flagship events, conferences, and leadership roundtables.
- Strengthen Optiml’s visibility at key gatherings across Europe and the US.
Website Revamp & Sales Decks
- Project manage comprehensive website revamp to enhance Optiml's digital presence, user experience, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate across the team collaborating with design, product, and content stakeholders to deliver optimized templates, customer journey mapping, and lead-generation focused content that positions Optiml as the authoritative REDI platform.
- Own sales enablement materials including core pitch decks, one-pagers, and demo collateral. Standardize storytelling across segments (investors, operators, consultants), build modular slide libraries with data-backed ROI narratives, and maintain battlecards/buyer guides that equip sales/partnerships teams for consistent, compelling messaging at MIPIM and industry engagements.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Customer, and Executive teams to align messaging and leverage insights.
- Coordinate with external partners for co-branded campaigns, industry research, and media projects.
- Support leadership with strategic presentations, briefing materials, and communications narratives.
Requirements
You Have:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, real estate, or sustainability sectors.
- Proven track record in content marketing, research-led campaigns, or event marketing.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Strong experience creating long-form content (white papers, reports, or studies).
- Excellence in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for creating infographics and visual layouts, along with PowerPoint.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, partners, and experts.
- Experience supporting or leading international or high-level industry events is a strong plus.
- A genuine curiosity for sustainability, finance, and technology innovation.
