About the role


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing CX & Ops organisations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for Customer Support and Operations Org ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
  • Be responsible for sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline to fulfill 450-500 hires for a fiscal year, managing campus, lateral and internal transfers. 
  • Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
  • Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation
  • Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies
  • This individual will work on a hybrid basis, with expectations of being on-site at our Bangalore, India office 3 fixed days per week.


What you will need

  • A minimum of 3-4 years full-cycle business recruiting experience (Customer Experience, Support and Operations)
  • Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent
  • A track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics (~10 hires per month) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)
