We are looking to recruit a talented, ambitious, smart, motivated and detail oriented Upsell Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The position will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities within our existing customer base. This role requires working in a small team and with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a keen eye for detail.
The job in three bullets
- Identify Upsell Opportunities: Analyse customer data to identify potential upsell opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience and address any concerns related to upsell offers.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of upsell initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

But we know that we can never stand still. You'll be tasked with helping to take this position to the next level with your sales skills, more innovation, better use of data and analytics. · We think we have got it right but will definitely have some things wrong. We need your help to work through this process and be able to live with any teething pains.· We have high expectations for significant revenue growth. We want someone who is up for a challenge!
Location and Salary
· £35,000 base salary, plus commission OTE £45k· Commissions are uncapped. · Private Healthcare.· Store discounts.· We don’t mind where in the UK you are based. Like most people, we’ve got pretty good at working remotely, but we also want this role to have a presence at our UK hub in Eastbourne. We’d like you to be there in person each month and will work with you to agree how that could work. We’ll cover your travel costs for those visits.
