Why This Role Matters

As Camunda grows past the $100M ARR mark, we are focused on defining and leading the Business Process Orchestration and Automation (BOAT) category. To do this, we must speak directly to the specific pains and opportunities within our key verticals.

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our strategy for the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) industry. You will be the strategic bridge between our platform capabilities and the high-stakes challenges financial institutions face today. You will foster a customer-centric culture, empowering clients to accelerate their Process Orchestration maturity, reduce risk, and drive efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the Financial Services Narrative: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on BFS trends and business needs. You will align competitive positioning, business, sales, and marketing strategies to resonate with this specific audience.

  • Orchestrate GTM Execution: Build strategic partnerships with key internal stakeholders to lead Go-to-Market execution at both executive and field levels. You will ensure our value messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels.

  • Drive Pipeline & Revenue: Play a pivotal role in driving BFS pipeline growth. You will create diverse, high-impact marketing collateral—from broad content to personalized, one-on-one assets—that effectively engages target audiences and helps the sales team close deals.

  • Maximize Marketing Moments: Collaborate across the organization to efficiently plan and execute marketing initiatives. You will ensure value messaging is incorporated properly and effectively utilize existing resources to support growth within the BFS industry.

  • Empower Customer Success: Strive to empower our customers to achieve greater results from automation faster, at lower costs, and with reduced risk.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B software company (SaaS preferred).

  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in the FinTech or Banking/Financial Services industry is essential. Experience in a Product Management, Product Marketing, Consulting, or Sales Engineering role within this sector is a must.

  • Solution Selling Mindset: You are experienced in solution selling methodologies and willing to engage directly with customers (online or on-site). You can conduct in-depth interviews, analyze needs, and recommend Camunda solutions that address unique requirements and demonstrate clear ROI.

  • Technical Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with process orchestration, business process management (BPM), software development tools, enterprise software, or cloud technologies.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

  • United States: $131,300.00 to $211,600.00

  • United Kingdom: £82,400.00 to £135,600.00

  • Singapore: S$163,000.00 to S$244,500.00

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.
