This role will be based in New York City.

Within LMS, the Agency Marketing team ensures that agencies have the insights, tools, and support they need to thrive, both for their clients and themselves.
We’re looking for an Agency Marketing Manager to support LinkedIn’s agency marketing strategy, with a focus on our largest and most strategic agency relationships. This role is built for someone who understands how agencies operate and brings strong marketing fundamentals alongside the ability to run programs with operational rigor. You’ll input into audience strategy, contribute to messaging and channel decisions, and execute campaigns, while applying structure, process, and discipline to keep initiatives moving forward across teams.
You’ll partner closely with Agency Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing,and Integrated Marketing to drive agency engagement and adoption of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. This role requires comfort operating at two altitudes: bringing structure, process, and operational rigor to scaled marketing program execution,, while also applying strong marketing fundamentals to deliver high-impact, relationship-driven experiences for top agency partners.
Responsibilities:
Agency Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop & execute programs tailored to agency segments, roles, and business objectives
- Execute agency-focused marketing campaigns across channels
- Contribute to messaging, positioning, and value narratives that resonate with agency decision-makers
- Define, track, and report on KPIs across agency marketing programs (e.g., engagement, conversion, adoption)
Program Ownership & Operational Management
- Own end-to-end execution of managed agency marketing programs, from strategy through launch, measurement, and iteration
- Translate agency marketing priorities into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and ownership across multiple workstreams
- Design and manage tiered programs that balance broad reach with deeper, high-touch engagement for priority agency partners
- Manage dependencies across Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs launch on time and at quality
Sales Enablement & Strategic Agency Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Agency Sales to develop marketing materials and enablement aligned to LMS priorities
- Ensure sellers have clarity on active programs, target agencies, and how to activate them effectively
Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication
- Drive clarity through strong communication, documentation, and proactive stakeholder management
- Foster a culture of shared ownership and collaboration across LMS Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional partners
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, program management, or related roles with demonstrated impact on engagement, adoption, or business outcomes
- 2+ years of experience working with or marketing to media or advertising agencies, with an understanding of agency operating models
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams in a highly matrixed environment
- Proven ability to execute campaigns and programs with measurable impact
- Skilled communicator able to tailor messaging for senior agency stakeholders and internal teams

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
