This role is open to San Francisco, Mountain View or New York City. 

We’re looking for an exemplary product marketer to re-imagine go-to-market campaigns and acquisition growth through a deep understanding of audience profiles, needs, and journeys, and via rigorous experimentation.

As a Growth Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth for the Premium subscription business. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the subscription acquisition funnel across marketing channels and product touchpoints to deliver the right message, with the right offer, to the right customer at the right time. You’ll help define and execute how new products are launched and scaled via digital channels. You have demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy through to detailed execution and performance measurement. 

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the customer journey is consistent, and help customers understand how LinkedIn Premium’s experiences can help them achieve their goals. This marketer will partner with many functions (Brand, Performance Marketing, Web, Finance, Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Business Operations) across multiple business units to drive innovative campaigns and A/B tests that result in full-funnel growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-impact growth marketing and demand gen strategies for LinkedIn Premium that compels target audiences to take the right action at the right time in their user journey.
  • Own go-to-market planning and execution for LinkedIn Premium products, features and offers, aligning positioning, messaging, channels, and measurement to drive acquisition and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, R&D, Data Science, Finance, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Web, MarTech, and Business Operations teams to influence product roadmaps (acquisition funnel, customer offers), influence targeting and segmentation approaches, and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns.
  • Effectively evangelize demand gen strategies and report on outcomes with cross-functional executive leadership across multiple lines of business. 
  • Partners closely with Premium product marketing and R&D to test and validate levers for sustainable business growth. 
  • Act as a Premium marketing planning and performance management SME during quarterly/annual initiative planning and weekly performance management with FP&A, Demand Gen Ops, and R&D.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or product marketing roles at a technology company
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Growth mindset, curious, self-aware, and passionate about continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated results surpassing growth targets amid constantly evolving priorities
  • Self-starter who can manage E2E strategy through execution while navigating ambiguous situations in a start-up type of team
  • Product marketer with significant experience managing omni-channel marketing campaigns with a track record of hitting business targets; has a well-rounded view of performance marketing and can turn large business problems into action plans that drive outcomes across marketing channels (email, digital ads) and in-product surfaces.
  • Deep experience in A/B testing, multi-variant experimentation, and translating complex ideas for diverse internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Experience working in ROAS performance marketing framework with familiarity with media mix modeling and incrementality measurement approaches
  • Exceptional attention to and command of detail, and project management skills to focus on key outcomes 
  • Highly motivated and creative team player who thrives under pressure
  • Outstanding leadership and deep and unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion; track record of partnering with a diverse set of team members along with the ability to mentor, develop, and grow the people on the team

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
