What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team and help us build a predictable stream of high-quality demos and pipeline through paid media and ABM, accountable to a paid pipeline quota that drives MRR growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data driven optimization, rapid experimentation, and end to end execution, leveraging shared creative and GTM engineering support, and wants to take a hands-on role in driving compounding growth across B2B verticals, from SMB to enterprise.
This role is available to candidates who are eligible to work in Canada in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week in our Downtown Toronto office.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute on paid media and ABM campaigns from planning to delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn creative briefs into shipped ad assets, connect performance data across systems, and deliver real-time dashboards.
Take ownership of complex tasks and provide deep in-platform performance expertise across search, paid social, and retargeting.
Drive pipeline impact by refining targeting, running experiments, and boosting conversion.
Propose improvements and help establish account tiering, segmentation models, targeting playbooks, and reporting standards.you
Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing, with paid media and ABM required.
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, with exposure to other paid channels (including display) and follow-up email campaigns and sequences.
Strong skills in paid search and paid social execution, segmentation and targeting, experiment design, and conversion rate optimization.
Proven experience running paid media across search, social, and display, with strong ABM depth.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across Marketing for execution, Operations for data, and Sales for conversion.
A proactive mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous problems, execute quickly, work systematically, and iterate based on results.
Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-impact environments.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in a quantitative or business discipline (Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering), or equivalent experience.
Nice to Haves
Experience in FinTech, payments, startup, or scale-up environments.
Experience in FinTech or payments, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
Familiarity with our core stack: HubSpot and Salesforce.
Familiarity with Clay and Apollo.
Familiarity with workflow automation and data pipelines (3rd party APIs, n8n).
Track record of leading cross-functional projects, mentoring teammates, and driving operational improvements.
Track record of finding pragmatic, creative solutions to unblock growth.

The total compensation range for this role is $120K-$150K CAD (75% base, 25% performance bonus tied to paid-sourced SAL and pipeline quota attainment).
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, education/training.
