About the Role:
The Technical Product Owner, FSD Platform will own the development of our platform products that sit at the core of our real-time solutioning and model ops ecosystem. This is a technical-leaning role requiring fluency in architecture, design-intensive problem solving, and MLOps practices, all within a compliance-heavy and regulated environment. The Product Owner will ensure solutions are not only innovative and scalable, but also compliant, secure, and operationally resilient—balancing technical depth with strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy into clear requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to balance business goals, technical needs, and compliance obligations.
- Support end-to-end delivery, ensuring features are well-defined, testable, and released successfully.
- Partner with engineering to discuss design trade-offs and ensure architectural choices align with scalability and performance goals.
- Lead security and compliance reviews for all product features and releases.
- Ensure product decisions align with regulatory standards, data governance, and auditability requirements.
- Work closely with engineering as the primary partner for product development and delivery.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and manage the pipeline of initiatives.
- Engage selectively with solution consulting and delivery teams to support customer-facing priorities.
- Identify dependencies, escalate risks, and recommend solutions proactively.
- Define and evolve product roadmaps with a focus on scalable platform architecture and real-time data/model solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in data-intensive or MLOps-driven products.
· Familiarity with financial services, credit bureau, or other regulated industries.
· Understanding of real-time decisioning systems.
· Experience with FCRA and GLBA Regulations.
· Agile certification or equivalent experience.

- 3–5 years as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager
- Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and system integration.
- Experience participating in architecture/design discussions with engineering.
- Proven ability to lead security and compliance reviews in regulated environments.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly with technical teams.
