JOB SUMMARY: Technical AVP, Product Owneris responsible for continuous improvement and enhancement of the Bank's Solar Servicing support platform. This position is combination of Product Owner and Technical Lead.  This role requires excellent communication, project management skills, and the technical know-how to turn customer requests into actionable product updates.  You will work closely with Loan Servicing and Complaint/Compliance business customers to identify and refine their requirements.  You will translate these requirements into technical action items. You will be responsible for implementation, directly or by working with contractors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform administrative functions within Zoho Desk and CRM. Troubleshoot problems and escalate when necessary to ensure solutions are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals, initiatives, preferences, and needs. Manage, prioritize, and track incoming requests.
  • Translate these into detailed technical requirements
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement solutions for the requirements
  • Work closely with contractors and vendor support to maximize implementation throughput
  • Validate and test new functionality and document impact to business team
  • Ensure that data in the system is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide ongoing support and training to business users
  • Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies
  • Track work in Jira
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years experience developing solutions with service desk and/or CRM platforms.  Strongly prefer experience with Zoho Desk and CRM. Should also have at least one other platform like ServiceDesk, Zendesk, Hubspot or similar.
  • Prefer previous experience in a Technical Product Owner/Product Manager/Product Lead type of role
  • Ideal candidate will have performed a platform migration to or from Zoho
  • Experience acting as a liaison between customers, contractors, and vendor support
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with a demonstrated record of breaking down technical challenges into well-defined requirements
  • The ability and enthusiasm to learn new environments and new technologies
  • Project management experience
  • Experience managing projects through JIRA or comparable tool
  • Experience working on projects or applications for commercial lending is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
  • Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills 
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
  • Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Can work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach 
The pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. $150,000 (entry level qualifications) to $170,000 (highly experienced).
