Your Role:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support facility operations. Basically, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly — machines stay running, systems stay reliable, and the plant keeps moving without a hitch.

Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
  • Repairs: Replace faulty components such as motors, belts, bearings, or lighting fixtures.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Work Orders: Complete assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and document all work performed.
  • Facility Upkeep: Support with general facility maintenance such as painting, minor carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC assistance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, janitorial, and safety teams to maintain an efficient and clean work environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial repair work.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks safely and accurately.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, motors, pumps, HVAC, and building systems.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, production, or facility maintenance setting.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Welding, fabrication, or machining experience.
  • Creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision.
  • A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
  • A genuine fascination for manufacturing and a commitment to global change
  • A true sense of determination… and hopefully a sense of humor

Annual Salary Range:

($22/hr - $28/hr DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
