Part-time Sales Development Representative (IT Services / Cybersecurity)
Client Overview:This company provides managed IT and cybersecurity services with a focus on driving outbound sales growth. They have recently implemented ZoomInfo for lead generation and are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to handle cold calling and appointment setting while maintaining strong security standards.
Industry: IT Services / Cybersecurity (Managed Services)Goal: Increase outbound sales activity and booked meetings while assessing SDR performance before potentially scaling the role to full-time.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1.) Conduct outbound cold calls and set appointments2.) Log call outcomes and notes in the CRM3.) Coordinate warm handoffs and scheduled meetings with the internal sales team4.) Ad-hoc Tasks
Qualifications:• At least 1 year of experience in IT/Cybersecurity B2B Sales.• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry• Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment• Proven experience in outbound outreach.• Proficient with CRM tools
Software Tools & Platforms:• RingCentral (VoIP)• CRM (Client-provided)• ZoomInfo (Lead source – provided by client)
Technical Requirements:• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature• Working Webcam• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
