Responsibilities: This person will generate and increase the sales volume of MFA MorSoy brand soybeans by managing the MorSoy brand. This includes delivering quality product, maintaining supply and appropriate branding strategies. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What You’ll Do
- Create training materials for MFA Seed Specialists, KAM’s and retail locations including products in development.
- Develop materials that incorporate MorSoy and partner brands which allow for a multi brand, solutions, approach to selling the MFA soybean portfolio
- Actively seek opportunities to train and educate retail staff and growers on the MorSoy brand
- Competitive activity: Utilizing local knowledge and industry contacts, provide a view of competitive activities in the MFA trade area
- Acre trends: Utilize available resources to provide acre projections and trends.
- Price trends: Collect and maintain pricing information on the MFA soybean portfolio and competitive brands
- Market share: Utilizing USDA data, provide market share information, by county, for the MFA soybean portfolio
- Develop, utilize and manage an annual production and processing plan and contract that meets the needs of MFA and can be properly communicated for clean, timely processing.
- Develop relationships with soybean genetic vendors to ensure MFA has access to the most diverse genetic pool

Qualifications
- B.S. degree in an Ag Business or Agronomy
- 5 years of sales and/or agronomy experience
