Our WSP Building Structures group are a specialist team renowned for their innovation in structural engineering and cutting-edge BIM project execution across high-rise and complex building structures and infrastructure projects, with offices in every major city across Australia.

Our recent projects span across a range of different sectors including but not limited to defence, transportation, commercial and high-rise developments.

What you’ll do:

  • Have the opportunity to work on iconic projects within a multi-disciplined engineering team to deliver a range of engineering design projects
  • Support the wider team and other teams within the company nationally when the opportunity presents
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and be committed to team approach and outcomes
  • Provide ongoing continuous improvement and development inputs to create more efficient workflows within the team

About You

  • Bachelor to Masters’ level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering);
  • 2-5 years industry experience
  • Passionate about Structural Engineering with a desire for excellence in design
  • Demonstrated experience working on large Australian building structures engineering projects within the Commercial Building and Property sector
  • Exposure across a range of building sectors, e.g., transport, health, commercial, defence;
  • Track record of collaborating effectively with colleagues intra/cross-discipline on projects;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Proficiency with SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept
  • Familiarity with BIM, NavisWorks and Revit Structure would be advantageous
