Your Role

As a key leader on site, you’ll ensure daily production targets are met across safety, quality, and productivity, while working closely with Maintenance, Dispatch, Safety, and Quality. Leading a team of 4 direct reports, you’ll spend much of your time on the floor—supporting operators, understanding issues first‑hand, and driving operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead a team of operators and team leaders, driving strong communication and team culture

• Ensure daily safety, quality, and production targets are met with a strong floor presence
• Troubleshoot equipment and people issues, working closely with Maintenance, Quality, Dispatch, and Procurement
• Collaborate in site leadership forums to maintain smooth, efficient production flow

Skills and Experience

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but industry‑specific exposure not required
• Leadership experience in high‑variation or fast‑paced settings
• Lean knowledge beneficial but not essential
• Confident engaging with operators and colleagues at all levels, enjoys and gains energy from daily people interaction
• Naturally curious about how things work; hands‑on and practical
• No formal trade needed—DIY, tinkering, or home projects count
• Proven problem‑solver who stays composed under competing priorities
• Comfortable working in made‑to‑order, fast‑paced environments
