Xapads Media, an AdTech leader with a global presence, operates out of India with additional offices in the USA, UK, Russia, China, Singapore, MENA, and Indonesia. We specialize in Connected TV (CTV), video (both web and in-app), and display advertising, leveraging our advanced proprietary technology stacks—Xaprio, Xerxes, and Moments. We are looking for a Senior Operations – Publisher Management to join our team. This role will be instrumental in providing technical and operational support to enhance the performance and yield of our diverse publisher portfolio.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and scale our frontend and backend engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js, solid understanding of databases and system architecture, and proven capability to manage, mentor, and deliver through teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience in AdTech is good to have but not mandatory.

• Lead and manage frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) engineers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Design, develop, and review scalable, high-performance applications and services.

• Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, Promises, and event-driven architectures.

• Architect and integrate third-party services and APIs with internal systems.

• Design and manage systems involving multiple database sources, including MongoDB and Redis.

• Own application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

• Drive best practices around code quality, reviews, testing, and CI/CD.

• Manage deployments and infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, Load Balancers, etc.).

• Work closely with Product, Ops, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Mentor team members, conduct regular reviews, and help engineers grow professionally.

• Ensure effective use of Git-based version control systems (GitHub / Bitbucket).

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js.

• Strong experience in engineering team management and delivery ownership.

• Solid understanding of database design and optimization for scalable systems.

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and relational databases.

• Proven expertise in third-party API integrations.

• Strong experience in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges.

• Experience with AWS deployments, monitoring, and production systems.

• Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and release workflows.

• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools/technologies, and work in a high-velocity startup environment.

• Experience working in AdTech / MarTech / Data-driven platforms (not mandatory).

• Exposure to high-scale, real-time systems.

• Understanding of caching, rate-limiting, and distributed systems.
