Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the shift team, Certificate of Roadworthiness (COR) team or components overhaul team of bus technicians/tradesmen and contractors to perform and coordinate daily bus maintenance works, COR, components overhaul and associated equipment / facilities 
• Perform quality and safety check of maintenance work, conduct trouble-shooting and identify the root cause of bus failure, recommend and implement improvement measures
• Provide full spectrum of engineering logistics for bus repair and maintenance, e.g., bus emergency recovery, spare part, tools and equipment arrangement etc. 
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to perform calibration of Lifting Appliances and Lifting Gear (LA&LG) and Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IM&TE) and implement of wastewater sampling on bus depot/maintenance centre under Statutory and Corporate requirements.    

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Motor Vehicle Engineering or a relevant discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in maintenance and repair of motor vehicles
• Possession of a valid Driving License Class 2, 9, 10 or 18 and the qualification of registered vehicle mechanics

Remarks

• Working Location: Tuen Mun/ Hung Shui Kiu / Tai Po
• Shift duties are required (including emergency repair during adverse weather) with allowance for overnight shifts
• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
