The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.
The Systems Strategy and Operations (SSO) team is part of the Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) organization at TikTok. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to represent the global business needs related to sales-facing tools and insights, synthesize regional business pain points to global root causes and clearly articulate the "why" with product and engineering teams, take global ownership to set and manage initiatives with regional GTM teams on value proposition, timelines, and success metrics. This is a highly cross-functional role that will require working seamlessly with Sales, MSO, Product and Finance. The role is based in New York.
Responsibilities:
- Define, build and lead global cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions that enable commercial insights development and delivery via online systems & practices.
- Partner with regional GTM teams, global and regional sales teams and product teams to keep stakeholders informed, set product adoption goals, develop GTM strategies, track and analyze performance, and drive adoption of sales tools and insights.
- Drive and influence product strategy and process optimization, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for product team.
- Responsible for synthesizing and prioritizing business requirements in partnership with GTM partners.
- Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations.
