About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Auditor with a background in the fresh produce industry, specialising in internal and external audits. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on audits across EMEA, ensuring compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory standards.

 

Responsibilities

You ensure quality and compliance requirements by effectively planning, conducting, and following up on audits and spot checks. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and actively contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Conduct internal audits and spot checks.

  • Perform external (customer) audits and provide constructive feedback.

  • Plan and coordinate audits and spot checks within agreed timelines.

  • Communicate proactively with sites and stakeholders regarding audits.

  • Report audit findings and document non-conformances.

  • Track and verify corrective actions.

  • Maintain and update quality management systems.

  • Support other compliance and technical activities as required.

  • Participate in DEMEA compliance meetings and relevant industry events.

  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

   

Candidate Profile

You are an analytical and communicative Auditor with experience in the fresh produce industry. You are comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment and operate in a structured and results-driven manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar audit role within the fresh produce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and compliance standards.
  • Lead Auditor qualification.
  • HACCP Level 3.
  • Proficient in auditing software and MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.

Preffered Qualifications

  • You are flexible, detail-oriented, and well organised, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Select Farm Auditor certification (desirable).
  • Valid driving licence and flexibility to travel.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
