Full Time
Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Assist in the development and execution of the HR strategy including identifying creative approaches to assisting the business. Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Lead and support special projects. Create & provide reports on various aspects of Oracle’s employee lifecycles that will assist the business to make data related decisions. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners. Lead the development of collateral materials for HR initiatives. May train and mentor other team members. Have project lead role. May perform other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to fully understand their strategy, objectives, and operational needs, and proactively resolve HR issues in support of these goals.
- Drive the development and execution of HR strategies, offering creative and effective solutions that align with business priorities.
- Analyze business goals and recommend innovative policies, procedures, or approaches for continuous improvement in productivity, employee engagement, and HR effectiveness.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, conducting thorough investigations in accordance with Oracle’s ethics and values.
- Lead and support a variety of special projects, collaborating cross-functionally as needed.
- Generate, analyze, and present reports related to key stages of the employee lifecycle, empowering the business to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide guidance, training, and potential mentorship to other HR team members.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualification/Skills:
- Post graduation in Management with 8 plus years' experience as HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role, preferably in a large, complex, and fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR initiatives to broader organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
- Project management experience or exposure to leading HR projects.
- Commitment to upholding corporate ethics, values, and compliance standards.
