Your Task:
Account Management & Growth:- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing SMB+ customers.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty throughout the relationship.
- Secure contract renewals and continuously develop the existing portfolio.
- Prospect new customers through cold calls, events, and networking.
- Develop and manage a solid sales pipeline within the SMB+ market.
- Present and promote cegecom solutions (Cloud, Connectivity, Voice, Security, Data Center, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management (preferably in ICT, Telecom, or Managed Services).
- Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong motivation, resilience, and team spirit - a sporty mindset with a drive to win.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Fluency in French and English; Luxembourgish or German is an asset.
