• Obtaining and updating list of contact details of the clients. 
• Local calling to customers and pitching them about the Business loan offerings.
• Calling active clients to encourage them to take up the offer. 
• Addressing client’s uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time.
• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sale. 
• Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.

• Qualification- Graduate
• Good Communication skills
• Courteous and polite with customer service orientation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
