This is you

Oracle Database Administration (DB Operations)

• Install, configure, and administer Oracle Databases (12c/19c/21c).

• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning (SQL, instance, storage), and proactive resource optimization.

• Implement and maintain database security, encryption, auditing, and user access management.

• Perform TEST/DEV database refreshes and production DB switchovers.

• Configure and manage Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard environments.

• Participate in on-call rotation with team members.

• Manage and optimize databases running on Exadata CC platforms (advantage).

GoldenGate Replication & High Availability

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Oracle GoldenGate for real-time replication.

• Troubleshoot replication lag, conflicts, and topology issues (advantage).

Backup, Recovery & Disaster Recovery (Commvault)

• Design, test, and execute backup and recovery procedures, including RMAN integration.

Monitoring & Performance Management

• Use Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) to monitor health and performance.

• Perform root cause analysis and long-term database optimization.

Database Lifecycle & Automation

• Perform database upgrades, patching, and quarterly release updates.

• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Shell or Python). 

Cross-Platform & Multi-Database Skills

• Provide operational support and general administration for Microsoft SQL Server (advantage).

• Collaborate with other infrastructure teams (OS, Storage, Networking, Security).
