Requirements

  Your Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the vital connection between our customers and our operations. Your day-to-day will involve processing orders, addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch service—all while contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume customer orders and change notices accurately and efficiently
• Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and copying
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to track orders and handle special product or order requests
• Answer and direct customer phone calls and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Meet the needs of internal and external customers with efficiency and courtesy.
• Answer and direct customer phone calls and/or emails to all appropriate Hartung contacts.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of excellent customer service office-based experience      
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic math skills and multitasking
• Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
• A team-player attitude dedicated to team success
• Experience in the glass, construction, or banking industry preferred (but not required)
