About the Role
You will develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies focused on SEO and website optimization, while managing Google Ads campaigns and supporting broader digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage SEO strategies across all digital assets.
• Optimize and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring best practices for performance and user experience.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research and performance analysis.
• Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to enhance site functionality and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and WordPress.
• Proven ability to develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and exposure to UX/UI principles.
• Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
