Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products in alignment with the company's sales strategy.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs.

- Prepare and deliver customer quotes, including pricing information based on the established pricing matrix.

- Represent the organization’s values and mission in all interactions.

- Ensure all job duties are performed in compliance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, promoting a positive and professional work environment.



Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or concrete industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.

- Knowledge of ready-mix concrete products and industry standards is preferred.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
