We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for BaaS ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.What you will be doing?
Work closely with the BaaS and RPA Business Owner to design and execute marketing strategies for the Banking as a Service (BaaS) and Receivables Purchase Agreement (RPA) business lines.
Plan, design, and execute growth-centric campaigns to generate high-quality sales opportunities for BaaS and RPA.
Tailor the marketing approach based on product nature (ranging from highly customized solutions to SaaS-like products), addressable market, and client profile. This includes direct lead generation, content marketing, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to effectively drive revenue growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Technical, Sales, etc.) to align and drive overall marketing objectives.
Ensure that the brand voice and product messaging remain consistent across all channels and marketing efforts for both BaaS and RPA.
In the medium term, build and lead a dedicated team (initially 2–3 members) while collaborating with the broader marketing organisation to execute the strategy.
Responsible for the BaaS and RPA business across the entire UniCredit Group, covering all of Europe and global partners expanding into the European market.
As a part of the role, the candidate will be expected to:
Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Experiment with various acquisition channels and strategies to optimize the marketing funnel.
Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing and fintech.
Skills you should have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role covering both general strategy and execution - ideally in BaaS, preferably in professional services (close similarity to BaaS), or SaaS
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SEO (and knowledge of GEO), SEM, and CRM software (in the context of marketing automation / lead generation).
General proficiency in marketing automation platforms and technologies.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Solid understanding of business client acquisition, retention, and activation strategies.
Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and business client segmentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
