To support this growth we are looking for a Sales Director to join the team.

As Sales Director, you will lead a team of desk-based sales professionals focused on high-volume, short-cycle sales of Klipboard’s Field Service Management solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with experience in fast-paced SaaS sales environments, particularly where transactional B2B are involved.
You will be accountable for team performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth across key service-focused verticals. If you thrive in a data-driven sales culture and know how to turn a high-activity pipeline into consistent results, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of desk-based sales executives selling FSM solutions to SME and mid-market customers
- Drive performance through structured coaching, KPI management, and disciplined sales processes
- Ensure consistent pipeline generation and deal progression across a high volume of short sales cycles
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine campaigns, messaging, and customer targeting
- Leverage experience in channel- or reseller-based sales models to identify and unlock new growth opportunities
- Deliver accurate forecasting and performance reporting using CRM and sales analytics tools
- Continuously review and optimise sales performance using data, feedback, and customer insight
- Represent Klipboard at customer, partner, and stakeholder meetings when required
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS or FSM sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
- Proven success in high-volume, KPI-driven sales environments with short deal cycles
- Experience working with channel partners or resellers is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop inside or desk-based sales teams
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence using CRM platforms and sales performance dashboards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
