- Managing statutory audits for APAC entities, including planning, coordination with auditors, and review of statutory financial statements.
- Ensuring compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements, including timely statutory filings and disclosures.
- Supporting monthly and annual financial closing in line with Group timelines and standards.
- Driving process improvements and standardisation across APAC entities, including implementation of Group policies and finance tools.
- Working closely with the Finance Shared Services Centre to ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Managing non-standard and complex finance transactions, including intercompany matters, restructurings, and integrations.
- Acting as a key finance partner to internal and external stakeholders, including Group Tax, Treasury, Audit, Legal, and external advisors.
- Supporting regional integrations, legal mergers, and new company incorporations across APAC.
