Job Summary: As a Multi-Media Sales Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sales process by providing essential support to our Account Executives. You will assist in the creation of sales proposals, coordinating orders, and providing administrative support to various sales management positions. By ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and maximizing efficiency, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of Griffin Media's advertising sales team.
This role is designed as a developmental pathway to a future Account Executive position. Coordinators gain hands-on experience across television, digital, and outdoor advertising while working closely with sales leadership. High performers will build a strong understanding of Griffin’s multi-platform advertising solutions, consultative selling strategies, and inventory management, with opportunities for increased responsibility and client-facing interactions. Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop comprehensive sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations tailored to meet the specific needs of advertisers.
- Assist in the preparation and input of advertising orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate make-goods and revisions to advertising schedules as necessary to fulfill client commitments and optimize campaign performance.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Local Sales, Director of Radio Sales, Local Sales Manager, Account Executives and Director of National Sales to maximize sales efficiency.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including driving an automobile for company business.
Job Schedule: This is a full-time position primarily working 40 hours per week. You may also be called upon at times to fill in other hours and days of the week to help cover vacations, illnesses, breaking news, severe weather, or special projects/events. This position may be eligible to work remotely on occasion and at the discretion of the supervisor.

Skills and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree with experience in sales or marketing related courses preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Effective communication skills with Account Executives, Managers, and Clients.
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Goal-driven with excellent organization and customer service skills
- Experience with Wide Orbit suite of products, Nielsen, AdIntel, ShareBuilders, ShareBuilders CRM, EPORT, and Darwin is a plus.
- Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and have a driving record acceptable to the company
- Ability to perform other job-related duties as assigned.
