Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — from receiving the hiring request to onboarding a new employee.

• Proactively attract and source candidates using social media, sourcing tools and creative search techniques.

• Conduct market and competitor research to define effective strategies for attracting top talent.

• Strengthen our employer brand image and participate in both internal and external employer branding initiatives.

Our expectations

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; experience in IT recruitment will be an advantage.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Fluency in English — you will collaborate daily with managers and candidates from different parts of the world.

• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

• Customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

• Understanding of IT technologies and familiarity with Workday HR system will be considered a plus.
