What will you be doing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Elixirr Digital?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage and drive recruitment activities while contributing to broader people and employer branding initiatives. This includes:
- Leading the full recruitment lifecycle (from sourcing to hiring) in Croatia and South Africa
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and business priorities
- Actively sourcing candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and diverse channels
- Managing candidate pipelines, interviews, and assessments to ensure a high-quality hiring experience
- Creating and publishing job ads on various portals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in ATS
- Tracking and reporting relevant recruitment metrics
- Supporting compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies (e.g. GDPR)
- Identifying opportunities to improve TA processes, candidate experience, and internal collaboration
- Supporting TA projects as assigned
Competencies and skillset we expect you to have
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (experience in the IT industry is an advantage)
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques
- Experience working with recruitment metrics and reporting
- Understanding of data privacy principles and GDPR within recruitment processes
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and Office 365
