We’re excited to offer a standout opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join OC Real Estate as an Assistant Property Manager, based in our Eastwood office.
If you’ve recently completed your property management qualifications or are currently working in property management and are looking for the right environment to learn, grow and build a long-term career in real estate, this role offers hands-on experience, genuine mentorship and a clear pathway to progression.
As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a vital support role within our high-performing Property Management team. Working alongside experienced Property Managers, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of property management, combining office-based administration with on-the-road experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting ingoing and routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
- Assisting with final inspections
- Following up on rent and water arrears
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with tenants via phone and email
- Organising key cutting for tenants and landlords
- Preparing tenant packs and end-of-file documentation for properties concluding management
- Drafting legal forms and notices relating to tenant breaches
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- A current Property Management license (essential)
- A current drivers’ license and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Previous experience in a customer serviced based role (desirable)
- A genuine interest in building a career in property management
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
