What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist, preferably in multinational or corporate environments.

• Solid experience advising leaders, supporting organizational structures, and driving people-related initiatives.

• Strong ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).

The position will be based in Bogotá, with a hybrid work model.

What will you do in this role?

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting decision-making aligned with people and business strategy.

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including talent attraction, onboarding, development, performance management, wellbeing, culture, communications, and offboarding.

• Guide leaders and teams through organizational transformation and change processes.

• Advise on labor relations, internal policies, and compliance with local labor legislation.

• Analyze key HR indicators to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Support the local HR team and contribute to budget planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
