What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing Dulux Commercial Repaint & Remedial Services across the Sydney region by delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance the longevity and appearance of commercial properties. You’ll build strong relationships with commercial property owners and managers to increase awareness of Dulux capabilities and secure product and colour specifications. Working closely with the Dulux Trade Sales team, trade contractors and business partners, you’ll manage projects through the sales pipeline from specification to completion. Reporting to the National Trade Channel Business Manager, you’ll develop key account plans, establish preferred supplier agreements, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across sectors including strata, healthcare, education, aged care, accommodation, multi-residential, industrial and warehousing. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll provide technical and aesthetic guidance to ensure projects are successfully specified, won and delivered to meet customer expectations.

What We’re Looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in business development and account management
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships
- Background in the building, coatings or property remedial industry, with relevant technical knowledge
- Ability to research markets and identify opportunities that drive project specifications
- Experience using CRM systems to plan, manage and execute sales activity
- Commercial acumen with strong IT and computer skills
