We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio of product work who is excited to take ownership, influence product direction, and help clinicians, patients, and caregivers focus on what matters most—improving lives. 

Why You’ll Love This Role 

As a Senior Product Designer at Eitan Medical, reporting to the Product Manager for Eitan Insights, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, R&D, Data, and cross-functional teams in Israel and abroad. Your primary focus will be our flagship SaaS platform—Eitan Insights—while occasionally supporting UX across our broader product suite, including IoT device interfaces and related workflows. 

You’ll have a high level of ownership and real influence on product and UX decisions. From early discovery to post-release iteration, you’ll play a key role in shaping product direction and influencing UX strategy across the Eitan Insights platform. 

What You’ll Do 

• Design end-to-end experiences and own the entire user journey. 
• Drive product and UX decisions through strong design leadership. 
• Advocate for users through research, interviews, and usability testing. 
• Validate and iterate on concepts through feedback and reviews. 
• Maintain and evolve the design system to support consistency across multiple products. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders across Insights and additional Eitan Medical products, including IoT device interfaces and related solutions. 
• Ensure accessibility, quality, and healthcare compliance. 

 

 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

• 5+ years of product design experience in complex B2B systems. 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking. 
• High proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools. 
• Practical understanding of AI in design workflows. 
• Design system ownership experience. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• High proficiency in English. 
• Experience with tools such as Jira. 
• Experience designing for data-heavy products / analytics platforms, with strong data understanding (e.g., funnels, cohorts, event taxonomies, and KPI-driven UX). 
• Hands-on experience using product analytics and observability tools (e.g., FullStory, Datadog or similar) to analyze user behavior, identify UX friction, and validate improvements. 

Bonus Points 

• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments. 
• Strong background in user research. 
• Experience with mobile or B2B2C products.
