Meet the Family Law team 
LEAP Family Law is a specialised division of LEAP focused on the needs and support of family law firms. The team includes experienced family lawyers, product and content developers, marketing, client facing specialists, and techical support staff - all focused on developing and delivering new products and practical time saving features specifically for family law. 

You'll provide hands-on support to give our clients confidence in the power of our AI products. This is a valuable opportunity to have powerful impact in a meaningful space, guiding clients to be more productive and effective by harnessing new technology. 

What you'll do

We're looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team as brand new AI Product Specialist to help drive the successful adoption of LEAP’s AI products across Australian family law firms. Partnering closely with our product, AI, and client-facing teams, you’ll support clients to understand, adopt, and embed AI into real legal workflows, ensuring they get genuine value from the technology. 

To make this happen, you will:

• Support the rollout and adoption of LEAP’s AI features, working with internal teams to align delivery with client needs and business priorities 

• Act as a key link between clients and product teams, building a strong understanding of how family law firms operate and where AI can add real value 

• Assist with onboarding, training sessions, and in-person workshops, helping clients confidently use AI in their day-to-day practice 

• Provide hands-on support to firms after onboarding, helping them refine their use of AI and overcome barriers to adoption 

• Partner with sales and client success teams to support AI demonstrations and deeper client conversations 

• Gather client feedback and usage insights, and work closely with product teams to continuously improve the AI experience 

• Stay across developments in legal technology and AI, keeping an eye on industry trends and how LEAP can continue to lead the market

What you'll bring

• Solid experience in a legal environment, with at least 3–5 years working in or closely with Australian law firms. Experience in family law and a strong understanding of day-to-day legal processes, client management, and billing workflows will set you up well 

• A genuine interest in legal technology and how it can improve the way law firms operate. You don’t need to be technical, but you’re curious, quick to learn, and comfortable getting deep into how software is used in practice 

• Experience supporting or implementing new systems, processes, or tools in a legal setting, whether that’s practice management software, workflow improvements, or new ways of working. Experience with LEAP is a strong advantage

• Can juggle multiple priorities and work across different teams, keeping things moving while staying focused on what will deliver the most value for clients 

• Has clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to explain new concepts in plain language and build trust with legal professionals 

• Has a practical, problem-solving mindset, with an eye for what’s working, what’s not, and how things can be improved over time
