The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's new Digital hub for strategic IT projects.

Context/Role

As part of the company's digital transformation, Edenred has launched a major program to rationalize and modernize its IT infrastructures through a large-scale private cloud migration while restructuring and consolidating existing IT operations to create a global organization - Edenred Information Technology Center.

You will be part of a global network team of +20 located in Europe / Brazil / Mexico and Singapore responsible for architecture definition in Edenred EU BUs and Level 3 network on +900 security and network devices.

You report to the Network Manager based in EDC.

You have interactions with both internal actors (Infrastructure Team, IT correspondents in BUs, Support Teams, Global Operation Centers Department Managers. ITEC Managers, IT BUs Managers) and external ones (IT providers, 3rd party support teams and software supplier).

Your role

You will be responsible for the following missions:

  • Defining network and security infrastructure architecture
  • Documenting current and evolutions of the global network and security infrastructure
  • Administering firewalls, switches, WiFi throughout the organization if / when needed
  • Responding to incidents and process new requests as needed
  • Helping define and monitor infrastructure network and security devices with the help of monitoring tools (Solarwinds, Splunk, JIRA, AppDynamics)
  • Delivering on the levels established by the OLA & SLA
  • Analyzing and solving network incidents L3

You will also contribute to:

  • Meeting SLA for network infrastructure availability
  • Helping measure and optimize the efficiency of the activities
  • Helping set up the plan of process improvement
  • Bringing assistance to the operational Teams when needed
  • Ensuring smooth handover and continuous exchange with L2 and L1 Network teams
  • Contributing to the improvement of ITSM tools

Your profile

You could be our next teammate if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science or related field
  • Proven services and infrastructure knowledge and expertise in incident and change management
  • Cisco certified (CCNA mandatory)
  • General VPN knowledge (IPSEC and SSL) + 2 year
  • Dynamic routing (OSPF / BGP) + 3 year
  • F5 Load balancing & ASM + 5 year
  • WiFi technologies and architecture (Cisco based: ISE, WLC, Meraki)
  • Experience with cloud networking (preferably Microsoft Azure), including virtual network design, security groups, and hybrid connectivity
  • Moderate-level proficiency in automation scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for network configuration and monitoring tasks
  • Familiarity with AI-driven network monitoring or security tools (e.g., AI-based anomaly detection, predictive analytics)
  • Good communication skills, listening & understanding, flexibility & teamwork
  • Experience working in geographically dispersed teams
  • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of group organization, processes and stakeholders.
  • ITIL Foundations certification
